Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to Hamptons Ink, Corp. ("Hamptons Ink," "we," "us," "our"), a private, by-appointment-only tattoo, piercing, and microblading studio at 3327 Noyack Rd, Sag Harbor, NY 11963, and to use of https://www.hamptons-ink.com.

Studio and booking

Hamptons Ink is a private studio, by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Appointments are Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment. The shop is closed Sunday and Monday.

Contact is by text. Our shop phone, (631) 887-9841, is set up for texts only. Please do not call or leave a voicemail, as calls and voicemails will not be answered or listened to.

Tattoo booking is by text virtual consult. Piercing and microblading are booked online through Square. Mobile tattoo studio events are quoted through our events form, followed by a phone call, and are not booked through normal in-shop tattoo intake.

Tattoo terms

Tattoo clients must be at least 18 with valid state or federal photo ID. Parental consent does not permit tattooing minors.

We do not tattoo clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Cover-ups and tattoos over scars require individual assessment. Scars must generally be mature, more than a year old, and suitability is case by case.

Shop minimum: $150, distinct from any deposit.

Tattoo deposits range from $50 to $150, depending on size and time, with the exact amount supplied per booking. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the end price of your tattoo session.

A deposit is collected after a date is picked, to hold that date. If a deposit is not paid within 24 hours of picking a date, the date is not held and may be released.

You have up to 2 times to reschedule for free using the same deposit. If rescheduling a 3rd time, a new deposit will be needed for a new date. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be needed to book a new date.

Final price, design fit, and dates offered are decided by the artist, not by automated messages.

Piercing terms

Piercing booking is self-serve through Square: pick a piercing type, date, and pay in one place. Piercing prices are listed on the booking page. Minors under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present with valid ID at the time of piercing. Clients 18 or older must bring a valid government-issued ID.

Piercing cancellation: reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of the appointment. All deposits and payments are non-refundable, payment secures a date and time and is applied to the final price. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for any reason, the deposit/payment is forfeited and a new deposit/payment is needed for a new date.

Microblading terms

Microblading is booked through Square. The initial session is $680, including the six-week touch- up, with a $100 deposit that goes toward that $680. Work done elsewhere is charged as a new session and needs a photo beforehand. Consults, if approved, are free and booked manually.

Text messages (SMS) — Terms

By texting Hamptons Ink at (631) 887-9841, or by providing your phone number when booking through our Square booking pages, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Hamptons Ink, Corp. about your tattoo, piercing, or microblading inquiry and appointment, including intake questions, appointment confirmations, and deposit reminders for a date you picked.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties, except our SMS providers solely to deliver your messages.

Carriers, including your mobile carrier, are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages, and message delivery is subject to your carrier's service and coverage.

Website use

Website content, photos, and branding are owned by Hamptons Ink, Corp. or its licensors. Do not copy, reproduce, or use site content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, with the last updated date above.
